I am hoping this page will inspire and give ideas on ways we can re-use and re-think and save money. Before we go out and buy more, start looking in your closets for things that might be given new life. I'm sure lots of unique things can be made from what you already have. Thinking Outside The Box
TIP:1

Our Initial Pillows are stuffed with scraps from our sewing room. This is a great way to conserve and re-use. Try thinking of other ways to use things before throwing them out.
 

TIP:2

If you have a T-shirt with a cool design but the shirt itself is not that great looking anymore, there is hope. Cut the design out of the shirt and either hand sew, machine sew or use lightweight fusible to put your design on a tote bag, jean jacket, button up shirt, etc.. Now your favorite design can be seen again with a new life.
 

A touch of recycling.
Mostly new fabrics, but the rainforest image on the back is from a retired t-shirt. A mix of eclectic fabrics in shades of blue and brown. Printed mesh sleeves cotton knit body. Slim and flattering fit. Just another way to rethink retired clothes.
Check out thumbnail for all the views and color combos. There is also a stretch lace detail around the neckline. This style sells for$32 and fits size 8.
